Simple question, do you think whales have feelings? A mother humpback appears so gentle with its calf as if showing that human emotion - love. Recently on the Discovery Channel they showed mother humpbacks getting between boats and their calf, probably just a protective instinct, or is it. I think whales as well as other animals have feelings and the thought of these majestic creatures dying due to the oil spill in the gulf is a crime.
